CNC Cutting of Your Instrument Panel

Once we reach the point of having your panel designed, we are ready to begin the process of turning it from a computer rendering into the actual instrument panel that you will use in your aircraft.

This is where it is extremely important to use a CNC machine that is up to the task.  Our router is a 4X8 foot flat table bed with a weight of 3300 lbs.  This ensures that the router is extremely rigid. We use a machine that is overkill for this type of project.  However, doing so ensures top notch quality in your final product.
