Aircraft Specialty Flightlines is excited to announce a COMPLETE drop in Fuel and Oil Hose system for your Kitfox with a 912iS or a 915iS engine. (Please note that the kits are different) This firewall forward hose kit provides a complete set of fuel/oil lines as well as the required fittings to install on your 915iS powered Kitfox Aircraft.

These hoses are all built with conductive teflon, and undergo a hydrostatic pressure test prior to firesleeving/data tagging.  

In addition, all hoses come with a 10 year warranty and are considered “Lifetime” hoses.  They only need to be replaced “On Condition.”  Typically, if a hose is not damaged, most would not replace it until engine Overhaul.

We do not have an installation manual per se for the hoses.  However, each hose is data tagged and is designed to install and route as per the videos shown below.  As of 2023, the two oil line hoses on the tank are now -10 size instead of -8 to conform with the new Rotax oil tanks being shipped.
